Corpus Sireo Asset Management, a company located near Frankfurt, Germany, will collaborate with Cleveland-based real estate consultancy firm Ostendorf-Morris in the corporate real estate segment.
The two real estate service providers will jointly manage portfolio mandates that Corpus Sireo took over when acquiring the asset management division of Treureal GmbH based in Mannheim. Under this deal, Corpus Sireo will be responsible for any services provided in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Ostendorf-Morris will cover services provided in non-German-speaking countries.
The partners also plan to collaborate internationally in the acquisition of new corporate mandates.
“Both in the United States and the European core regions, there is a rising demand for corporate real estate services,” said David O’Neill, executive managing director at Ostendorf-Morris. “By teaming up with Corpus Sireo, we have formed a powerful alliance in this sector.”
