Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business recognized Cleveland-based Ulmer & Berne LLP for the 16th consecutive year as a leading law firm.

The widely read and respected guide to top firms and lawyers is the culmination of thousands of in-depth interviews, carried out by the largest research team of its kind. Chambers recognizes five of the firm’s practices and 11 of the firm’s partners and counsel, including a continued six-year Band 1 ranking for Michael N. Ungar, Chair of Ulmer’s Litigation Department.

Chambers’ ratings are particularly meaningful because client feedback is a significant component of Chambers’ research. Ulmer clients reported to Chambers that the “team at Ulmer has been immensely valuable to our organization because of the level of service as well as the expertise that we have received from them.”

Another client stated that the Ulmer team has “keen analytical skills and judgment and the ability to listen and ask the right questions to quickly understand the issue or issues.”

“It is gratifying to be recognized by our clients,” said Scott Kadish, Ulmer’s managing partner, in a statement. “I am proud of all the attorneys recognized by Chambers – and several more who are deserving of recognition.”

Three Ulmer attorneys with the firm’s real estate practice were recognized by Chambers: Bill Gagliano, Scott Kadish and Mary Forbes Lovett.
