Cleveland-based Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA recently expanded its real estate default group with the hires of Michele Stockdale, Peggy Fairbrother and Ryan Stewart.
Stockdale joins Weltman, Weinberg & Reis as the director of the real estate default group. She brings more than 20 years experience in default mortgage servicing to her new position. During her career, she has held positions at such companies as JP Morgan Chase, National City Bank and ABN Amro.
Fairbrother is Weltman, Weinberg & Reis’ new associate director of the real estate default group. She boasts 25 years of experience in the financial-services industry. Stewart brings more than 20 years of banking and real estate experience and will manage the real estate default operations of
the Cleveland and Detroit offices.
