Clune Construction promotes 10 in Chicago office

Clune Construction promoted 10 leaders in its Chicago office. These individuals have demonstrated excellence across field operations, project management, MEP coordination, and corporate leadership, playing vital roles in Clune’s growth both regionally and across the company’s national platform.

The following employees have been promoted to Vice President roles:

·        Brian Cosgrove – Senior Superintendent, Vice President

·        Colleen Deutsch – Senior Project Manager, Vice President

·        Neil Dose – MEP Manager, Vice President

·        Jake Hill – Senior Project Manager, Vice President

·        Rachelle Mason – Corporate Compliance Manager, Vice President

·        Pat Mason – Senior Superintendent, Vice President

·        Dan MacNamara – Senior Project Manager, Vice President

·        Brock Neirynck – Senior Superintendent, Vice President

·        Peggy Newquist – Director of Learning and Development, Vice President

·        Roland Raffin – Senior Superintendent, Vice President

These promotions reflect Clune’s deep bench of leadership talent across the company’s mission critical and commercial construction practices, as well as its national support teams. From data centers and high-rise interiors to compliance and employee development, this group brings Clune’s values to life through hands-on leadership, deep expertise, and a commitment to client and team success.

Peggy Newquist and Rachelle Mason are both based in Chicago but support Clune’s national operations. Newquist has led the expansion of Clune’s learning and development programs, including the firm’s professional skills series, “Next Up” leadership track, and onboarding initiatives. Mason leads Clune’s Trade Partner Prequalification Program and plays a critical role in corporate compliance, working across all offices to ensure consistency and client readiness.

More than 20 percent of employees have been with the firm for over a decade, and many of Clune’s officers began their careers as interns, assistant superintendents, or project engineers.
