Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 6,100-square-foot retail center including Starbucks and Mattress Firm in Hilliard, Ohio.
The center sold for $3.64 million.
Lisa Sickinger, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Cincinnati office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
The retail center is located at 1593 Hilliard Rome Road in Hilliard. Construction of the property wrapped this summer.
