Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller in the sale of Bryant Oaks, a 66-unit multifamily property at 1230, 1250 and 1340 Bryant Ave. in South Saint Paul, Minnesota.
The transaction was valued at $7 million.
Kirk Kenneally, a commercial real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty, represented the seller in the transaction. The three buildings, measuring three stories each, were constructed in 1968.
“Bryant Oaks attracted a lot of interest. The value-add property was well maintained and had been family-owned for almost 30 years. The new owner intends to update and renovate to further improve the property,” said Kenneally.
