Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin announced that Jeff LaFavre, senior partner, has leased 2,636 square feet of office space at 621 Cleveland Ave. S, St. Paul, Minn., to Sister Rosalind Gefre Massage and Wellness Center.
Sister Rosalind Gefre Massage and Wellness Center has signed a 10-year lease for the second floor of the building. Tim Little of KW Commercial represented the tenant. The first floor of 2,636 square feet remains available for lease and the building is for sale.
Sister Rosalind Gefre Massage and Wellness Center also has a location in Burnsville.
