Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin has announced that Jeff LaFavre, senior partner, has acted as a consultant for his client, Haag Engineering Co. in the lease transaction of 5,353 square feet of industrial space at 2226 E. 117th St. in Burnsville. This deal represents a renewal and expansion of premises.
“Although our lease is not a large project for him, Jeff gave us his full attention and provided continual communication through the process,” said Richard Herzog of Haag Engineering Co.
