The business brokerage team of Mike Palm, Sr. and Mike Palm, Jr. of Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Companies has negotiated the signing of SuperAmerica Waconia for $1.2 million in Waconia, Minnesota.
The new owners, United Petroleum, plan to keep the property as SuperAmerica and continue business as usual.
