Bob Bayer and Dale Severson of Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Companies represented the seller in the sale of Otsego Retail Center at 15704 90th Street NE in Otsego, Minn.
The value of the transaction was $1.3 million.
During the last two years, Bayer and Severson leased-up the once vacant Otsego Retail Center building with 10-year leases beginning at $12 per-square-foot net rents. The pair then facilitated the sale of the property for the seller.
The property was sold to an investor.
