Coldwell Banker Commercial facilitated the off-market transaction for a self-storage facility in Dandridge, Tennessee.
The property sold for $4.3 million. Chris Bruce, a commercial real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Commercial Wallace, closed the transaction.
The property, located at 822 U.S. 70, is a two-story property consisting of 413 climate-controlled rentable units.
“Self-storage facilities continue to be an attractive asset class to interested buyers and investors, as relocation and downsizing for renters remains a constant,” said Bruce.
