Colliers closed the sale of The Copham, one of Minneapolis’s most prominent multifamily properties in the highly sought-after North Loop neighborhood.
The sale was led by the Colliers team of Executive Vice Presidents Mox Gunderson, Dan Linnell, and Adam Haydon, as well as Associate Vice President Devon Dvorak, and Associate Drew Jackson who represented the seller, Greco, a full-service real estate development firm based in Minneapolis. The team also represented the buyer, Great States Development, a North Dakota headquartered real estate developer specializing in multifamily and commercial assets.
The Copham, located at 607 North Washington Avenue, features 66 one-bedroom and 54 two-bedroom residences. Completed in 2012, this award-winning historic warehouse multifamily community provides an exceptional living environment, highlighted by upscale finishes and amenities, and integrating effortlessly with the dynamic atmosphere of Minneapolis’s renowned Washington Avenue. In addition to ground floor retail, residents benefit from a carefully curated collection of amenities, including a rooftop club room and patio, a fitness center, a dedicated work-from-home lounge, as well as on-site management, security, and maintenance services.
This is the second property Great States Development has acquired from Greco, following its earlier 2025 purchase of Elsewarehouse, the sister community of The Copham, with Colliers advising on both transactions.
The property was 96% leased at closing.
