Colliers added Owen Biergans and Jacob Ramont as brokers in West Michigan, where they will support the brokerage platform across a range of client service and transaction activities.
Prior to joining Colliers, Biergans supported senior executives at CBRE Group Inc. and at Delta Airlines where he coordinated logistics operations.
Ramont, who was also previously with CBRE, has experience in the self-storage sector and has worked with REITs, institutional funds, private equity groups, and high-net-worth individuals.
