Rob Davis has joined the Minneapolis-St. Paul office of Colliers International to provide landlord and tenant representation for lease and sale transactions.
After a decade working in design and art direction, Davis pivoted to commercial real estate, joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2005 and The Excelsior Group in 2017. He has served as an advisor to office and healthcare clients including Fraser, HealthEast Care System, Griffin Capital Corporation and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital.
Davis previously assisted Fraser, an organization that provides austism and early childhood mental health services in Minnesota, in the expansion of its headquarters campus in Richfield. He also advised on a relocation in the north metro area and land and building acquisitions in the east metro for the organization.
Davis is president of the MNCAR Realtor Board of Directors, serves on the MNCAR Office Advisory Board and is a member of Greater Saint Paul BOMA’s Marketing & Leasing Committee.
