Colliers added Jeannette Vahle to its Kansas City office as managing director of Real Estate Management Services.
Vahle brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience across property management, asset services and operations leadership to the role. Most recently, she served as regional manager of the Aspiria Campus for Occidental Management, a firm specializing in development, leasing and property management. Vahle previously spent nine years with Cushman & Wakefield as managing director of asset services and more than seven years with Kansas City–based Copaken Brooks, where she focused on property and relationship management.
In this role, Vahle will oversee the REMS platform, including property operations, client relations, team leadership, and strategic growth initiatives across the Kansas City market.
