Collin Fitzgerald has joined the Columbus, Ohio, office of Colliers as research manager.
Fitzgerald specializes in research capabilities, providing support for the brokerage, property management, facility services, accounting, project management and construction and development departments.
He is responsible for creating data reports, maintaining a commercial property database, reporting quarterly trends, performing data analysis and using statistical information to preduct future behavior in the market.
Before joining Colliers, Fitzgerald attended the University of Cincinnati where he received his degree in business administration, double majoring in real estate and finance. After graduating, he served as research analyst for Newmark and worked as a senior research analyst at JLL.
