Colliers adds SVP in Kansas City office

Colliers added Hunter Alexander as Senior Vice President in the company’s Kansas City, Missouri, office.

Hunter brings a decade of commercial real estate experience to the role. Hunter’s career includes leadership experience at Stream Realty Partners in Austin, Texas and Pace Properties | Avison Young in St. Louis, Missouri where he exclusively focused on tenant representation and supporting clients on local and national real estate requirements.

In this role, Hunter will advise corporate clients on headquarters relocations, local and multi-market portfolio strategy, acquisitions and dispositions, and

lease restructures. Hunter is known for a process-driven, strategic approach that consistently delivers strong outcomes for his clients.
