Colliers hired Travis Helgeson as Senior Vice President in the Kansas City, Missouri, office.
Helgeson brings more than 15 years of experience specializing in office sales, leasing, and tenant advisory services throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area.
Prior to joining Colliers, Helgeson co-founded Range Realty Partners, a successful commercial real estate firm, advising both local business owners and institutional landlords on all aspects of their real estate strategy. Earlier in his career, he held brokerage positions at Cushman & Wakefield and Kessinger Hunter, where he built his foundation in the Kansas City office market.
In this role, Helgeson will focus on agency leasing, tenant representation, and office sales, advising clients on leasing strategy, occupancy planning, and market opportunities that support their broader business and real estate objectives throughout the region.
