Colliers added a top-performing tenant representation team to its Indianapolis office.
The team, led by Matt Waggoner, Vice Chair, and including brokers Graham Summers, Executive Vice President, and Phil Mosey, Vice President, brings extensive experience in office tenant representation. Over the past decade, they have guided several of Indiana’s most prominent employers through major real estate transactions—projects that have helped shape and redefine the Indianapolis commercial real estate landscape.
Joining them are Meghan James, Senior Vice President of Workplace Strategy; Alicia Kurtz, Senior Vice President of Client Experience; Mike Gresham, Senior Project Manager; Melissa Iaria, Senior Client Services Specialist; and Tammy Faulk, Senior Transaction Manager. Together, the group enhances Colliers’ ability to deliver comprehensive, client-centered real estate solutions.
The tenant representation team specializes in complex headquarters transactions, multi-location portfolio strategy, strategic lease and purchase negotiations, and workplace advisory. The addition underscores Colliers’ commitment to investing in top talent and advancing its market leadership in corporate and professional services sectors.
Before joining Colliers, the team was part of a nationally recognized real estate services firm, where they built a strong reputation for delivering strategic, client-focused solutions. Their collective experience spans a wide range of industries and assignments, with a particular focus on professional and financial service firms, as well as legal.
