Janice Paine recently joined Colliers International|Indiana Region as senior advisor to the company’s investment services group.

“Janice’s background includes many facets of commercial real estate. We are thrilled to add her substantial experience in re-positioning major real estate investments to our office,” said Sam Smith, chief executive officer and principal of Colliers International|Indiana Region.

Paine brings 18 years of experience in the industry to her new position. She began her career in commercial real estate in 1992 as a senior associate broker for the private client group at CB Richard Ellis. In 2002, she joined Providence Partners as director of business development.

In her most recent position, Paine held the title of vice president of investment sales at NAI Olympia Partners. In her capacity with Olympia, Paine was responsible for founding the investment team, developing business and closing more than $900 million of property sales in central Indiana.

Paine holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
