Jeremy Bates has joined Colliers | Cleveland-Akron as vice president. Bates brings more than 21 years of experience, advising retail clients on expansion strategies and lease negotiations.
Prior to joining Colliers, Jeremy held roles at Coldwell Banker Commercial | Schmidt Family of Companies and CBRE, where he served as vice president of advisory and transaction services. Earlier in his career, he was vice president of leasing at Stark Enterprises, where he led leasing strategy and oversaw the negotiation and execution of transactions across power, community, specialty, and lifestyle centers.
Jeremy played a key role in leasing shopping center developments and redevelopments across Stark’s portfolio, contributing to design, layout, budgeting, and financial feasibility analysis to help maximize asset performance.
