Colliers appointed Dan Deuter as Vice Chair, adding deep expertise in office capital markets to the firm’s Chicago office.
Based in Chicago, Deuter will focus on office capital markets with an emphasis on multi-tenant assets. Prior to joining Colliers, he served as Executive Managing Director of Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield.
With more than 25 years of experience as a principal investor and advisor, Deuter brings a unique perspective to institutional clients, having been directly involved in over $15 billion in commercial real estate transactions nationwide.
