King Solutions, providers of custom logistics solutions, will make the move from Glendale Heights when the lease commences in November 2020.
The property has 42 trailer spots, 28 docks and 2,000 square feet of new office space. In addition, it features 32-foot clear ceiling height, T-5 lights with occupancy sensors and expandable car and trailer parking. It provides access to the U.S. supply chain infrastructure and distribution network via I-55, I-80, I-355 and I-294.
