In what is one of the largest leases completed in the Kenosha market year-to-date, Colliers’ Ned Frank, Pat Hake, Brendan Flanagan, and Steve Sewart, represented Logistics Property Company in its 315,000-square-foot lease at 94 Logistics Park, 12345 38th St., to a confidential tenant.
Logistics Property Company built the warehouse/distribution facility on spec and delivered it in 2022. The modern Class A building features a cross-dock configuration, 36’ clear ceiling height, fenced in trailer parking for 273, and a small office. With this transaction the 600,000-square-foot building is 100% leased.
