Colliers’ Office Capital Markets team of Alissa Adler and John Homsher, CCIM, represented Orion Schaumburg LLC (Orion) in the sale of 955 American Lane in Schaumburg to a private investor. The 178,000-square-foot vacant office building formerly served as Experian’s regional headquarters.
Built in 1999, the four-story property features a shared, five-story parking deck; conference center; training room; cafeteria; fitness center; outdoor volleyball court; and a walking path around Woodfield Lake. Ideally located just west of Woodfield Mall, the Class A property is divisible for up to seven tenants.
In the last 12 months, Adler and Homsher also completed sales for Orion, via auction, of the former AT&T headquarters at 930 National Pkwy (106,380 square feet), as well as the former CVS headquarters at 2211 Sanders Road in Northbrook (195,116 square feet).
Colliers Jon Connor and Steve Kling were also part of the team that negotiated the sale.
