Located at 450 Tower Boulevard in Carol Stream on 2.7 acres, the 45,746-square-foot building built in 2008 features five loading docks, 22-foot clear height and heavy power. Situated on 2.3 acres, 1895 Big Timber Road, Elgin was built in 2007 and is 35,756 square feet in size. The modern, high-image facility with three loading docks and 24-foot clear height is located in Kane County, with easy access to I-90 via two full interchanges on Randall Road. At sale, 1895 the facility was also 100 percent leased to two tenants. “The buildings were attractive to the buyer due to their unique sizes,” said Joyce, a vice president at Colliers. “Two-tenant buildings with smaller spaces around 15,000 to 24,000 square feet are desirable sizes, and it can be challenging to find similar facilities.” Bristol Group is a real estate investment and development firm with industrial, self-storage, office, retail, multifamily and alternative use properties located throughout the U.S.
