Colliers Sven Sykes and Tom Volini recently signed two lease extensions in Naperville, Illinois.
In the first deal, the duo arranged Sikich LLC ‘s U.S. headquarters’ 39,319-square-foot, long-term extension at 1415 W. Diehl Road. The global company specializing in technology-enabled professional services has been a tenant in the building since 2011.
1415 W. Diehl Road, a 721,936-square-foot building, is fully amenitized with features such as a fitness center, food service, 24-hour security, walking trails and an adjacent daycare. It is located conveniently at the I-88 and Route 59 interchange.
In the second transaction, Sykes and Volini, along with Colliers’ Brent Jacob, negotiated a 22,179-square-foot, long-term lease extension and expansion for Weaver Consultants Group at 1316 Bond St. The transaction included a 5,200-square-foot expansion of the privately held firm’s footprint within the building, a 30% increase in space in a key suburban location that allows the company to service its Midwest clients better.
