Colliers Mike Senner, Alex Kritt and Tom Volini represented a private investor in the sale of a 61,000-square-foot, two-story warehouse at 222 N. Maplewood Ave. in Chicago to Hindman, the internationally recognized fine art auction house.
The concrete and brick building is located in the popular Kinzie Corridor and can accommodate high-end manufacturing. It has an air conditioned production area, showroom and office space. It’s zoned PMD 4.
