Colliers Mike Senner and Tom Rodeno represented Adams Plastics in the sale of a 66,674-square-foot warehouse located at 1125 Carnegie St. in Rolling Meadows to 11th Level Inc., an Illinois licensed cannabis business operator, for an undisclosed price.
The facility features 16- to 22-foot clear ceiling heights, five interior docks, one drive-in door and 3,400 square feet of office space. 11th Level Inc. will use the space for its cannabis cultivation operations.
