The Colliers International Real Estate Management Services group, has been awarded two new assignments in central Indiana, bringing its total property management portfolio to 20 million square feet served.
Biynah Industrial Partners selected Colliers for maintenance services on its 18-building industrial portfolio in Indianapolis, totaling 5.3 million square feet. Property Manager Abby Atwell and maintenance technicians Kevin Hancock and Dave Deaver will join as the management team for the asset grouping.
The properties include three buildings in Kitley Industrial Park totaling 366,053 square feet; seven buildings in the North by Northwest Business Park totaling 1,093,130 square feet; one 396,000-square foot building in Brownsburg; four buildings in Plainfield totaling 1,558,756 square feet; and three buildings in southwest Indianapolis totaling 1,903,757. Biynah’s recent purchase of eight buildings, makes Biynah the fourth largest industrial property owner in the Indianapolis market.
In addition, Industrial Property Trust Inc. awarded the firm its full Indiana portfolio, consisting of three distribution centers totaling 1.1 million square feet.
The properties include two Airwest Distribution Centers in Plainfield – 321,620 square feet and 134,630 square feet; and a 612,000-square foot warehouse at 760 Commerce Parkway in Greenwood. Senior Property Manager, Mary Anne Tobin, will manage this portfolio.
