Colliers International recently closed the lease of 1,400 square feet of retail space at 105 Townsend Street in Birmingham, Michigan.
Victoria Morin, Associate at Colliers International, represented the new tenant and owner of Heidi D. Cosmetics, Heidi Denha in the lease.
Heidi’s beauty cosmetics line, Heidi D. Cosmetics, will occupy the previous Rococo boutique in Birmingham. With a full retail website and strong digital presence, the space will be the company’s first retail location.
Heidi D. Cosmetics was established when Denha expanded her business with a custom line of lipsticks, blushes and bronzers. Her mission continues to be her passion to build long and trusting relationships with her clients while showing them how to enhance their beauty through makeup.
Denha is in the process of moving into her new retail space and busy preparing for Heidi D. Cosmetics’ grand opening.
