Mak Wood has renewed and expanded to 11,414 square feet of industrial space and MPI Coin has leased 8,533 square feet at 1235 Dakota Drive in Grafton, Wisconsin.

This is the third transaction that Colliers brokered in this space in the last two months. These transactions have now brought the building up to 100 percent occupancy.
