A three-story corporate building at 1090 36th St. in Grand Rapids will welcome new tenants in the coming months. From the Heart Christian Community Church and Ally Logistics, LLC recently signed leases and current tenant ETNA extended its lease, according to Colliers International|West Michigan.

“Our office and industrial teams often work together to fill buildings with the right mix of tenants,” said Gary Albrecht, senior associate and office broker for Colliers International|West Michigan, in a statement. “This is a beautiful building and a great fit for both industrial and office users, and we are pleased we could find tenants to fill nearly 50,000 square feet combined.”

The three-story brick building has numerous private offices, a reception area, training rooms, cafeteria and other amenities. It also includes Steelcase cubicles and office furniture. Ample parking is available in front of the building and across the street.

Colliers handled leasing for the following tenants:

From the Heart Christian Community Church signed a lease for about 11,000 square feet in the first floor of the building. The church is relocating to the new space from its former 36th Street location.

Ally Logistics, LLC, a rapidly growing transportation service provider, signed a lease for 9,000 square feet on the main floor of the building with plans to grow into 20,000 square feet. Ally Logistics will move into the building in March 2019. The landlord is making upgrades to this suite including new flooring, LED lighting, paint and a new kitchenette area.

ETNA, a plumbing products distributor and current tenant in the building, extended their lease and expanded into an additional 13,000 square feet on the main floor, now occupying more than 29,000 square feet.
