Colliers represented ClarkDietrich in a 32,558-square-foot office lease that will occupy nearly three-quarters of a new office building at Montgomery Quarter, a mixed-use development at 9260 Montgomery Road in Cincinnati, Ohio.
John Schenk, senior vice president, and Matt Smyth, vice president, with Colliers | Cincinnati represented the tenant throughout the site selection and lease negotiation process.
Located along the Montgomery Road corridor in Cincinnati’s northeastern suburbs, ClarkDietrich’s new office provides access to a mix of retail and dining amenities, structured parking and a modern workplace environment designed to support employee collaboration. The development’s location offers convenient access to Interstate 71 and Ronald Reagan Highway, as well as surrounding communities throughout the Cincinnati area.
ClarkDietrich, a leading manufacturer of cold-formed steel framing products and systems, plans to relocate approximately 90 employees to the new office. The company is expected to occupy the space in October 2027.
