Rubenstein Partners and its partner, an affiliate of Mark Munsell, closed the sale of a seven-building office portfolio in Fairlawn, Ohio, a submarket of the Akron area. The sale closed for $30 million to Embassy Park Akron.
Russel Rogers and Thomas Gustafson, both senior vice presidents and principals with Colliers International, brokered the sale.
Known as the Embassy Parkway Portfolio and built by John Dellagnese & Associates, the seven properties total 400,000 square feet of Class-A office space.
