The office space is located at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave., Suite 940. CORE Computer Solutions leased the space.
Colliers also closed a lease of 3,265 square feeet of office space at 324 E. Wisconsin Ave. in Milwaukee. Matt Fahey and Mike Wanezek of Colliers brokered the transaction. Everstream GLC leased the space.
Colliers’ Joe Eldredge closed the sale of a four-unit 3,638-square-foot apartment building at 2628 N. Prospect Ave. in Milwaukee.
