Local investors represented by Matt Abraham, David Rapp and Trent Wieringa of Colliers International|West Michigan are offering for sale 138 acres of fully improved land off the Hudsonville/Jamestown exit in Hudsonville, Mich.
The 11 parcels range in size from 2 to 40 acres. Five of the 11 parcels — located between Holland and Grand Rapids, Mich. — are zoned industrial. Six are zoned commercial.
“This is an opportunity for major transformation of the area,” said Abraham in a statement. “The industrial-zoned parcels would be perfect for manufacturing, transportation or a corporate headquarters facility.”
Parcels range from $75,000 to $95,000 an acre for industrial-zoned land and $100,000 to $150,000 an acre for the commercial-zoned land.
