Colliers closed the sale of Birch Grove Estates, a 144-unit multifamily community at 25749 4th St. West in Zimmerman, Minnesota.
The sale was led by the Colliers team of Executive Vice Presidents Dan Linell, Mox Gunderson, and Adam Haydon, as well as Associate Vice President Devon Dvorak.

At closing, Birch Grove Estates was 100% occupied.
