Colliers brokered the sale of Innovation Industrial Park Building 2, a 208,000-square-foot Class-A industrial facility at 1901 Innovation Ave. in Rossford, Ohio, just south of Toledo.
Colliers Industrial Capital Markets advisors Alex Cantu, Alex Davenport, Jeff Devine, Steve Disse, and Tyler Ziebel, in partnership with local market advisors Tim Breckner and Conor Toomey, represented the seller, Scannell Properties, an international real estate development firm with an established track record in build-to-suit and speculative industrial projects. The property was acquired by Glen Una Management Company, a privately held investment firm focused on acquiring and managing industrial and logistics assets in key markets.
Delivered in 2022, the facility is fully leased to Logos Logistics, Norplas Industries Inc., and Grabber Construction Products. The rear-load property features 32-foot clear heights, 24 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors, a 130-foot truck court, and 58 trailer parking stalls. The property is positioned within a well-established industrial corridor anchored by major logistics users, with immediate access to Interstate 75 and Interstate 80/90, supporting efficient regional and national distribution.
