Colliers Detroit closed the sale of 56,920 square feet of office/flex space at 22300 Haggerty Road in Northville, Michigan.
John Fricke, Executive Vice President, and Jonathan Loos, Associate, with Colliers both represented the buyer in the transaction.
Metro Engineering Solutions (MES), an engineering company, are moving into the space April 2025. They have several other locations in the state of Michigan. Fortunately, this space is a move-in ready office/flex building that will serve MES ‘s growing business needs for the foreseeable future.
