Colliers closed the sale of 130 E. Washington St. in downtown Indianapolis.
Built in 1922, the 211,995-square-foot office building is the city’s 17th largest office complex and home to ANGI, USA Track & Field and T&M Associates.
Rachel Patten of the Colliers Midwest Capital Markets Team and office operators Matt Langfeldt and Rich Forslund facilitated the sale.
Holladay Properties purchased the building. Holladay plans to convert the 12-story office building into an apartment property with first-floor retail and second-floor entertainment tenants.
