Colliers Chicago Senior Vice President Brad Belden recently represented 2856 Patriot’s Lane LLC in the sale of its 6,968-square-foot second generation restaurant at 2856 Patriot’s Lane in Naperville, Illinois, to Shinto Japanese Steakhouse LLC.
The former Texas Roadhouse, which closed in July 2024, is situated on 1.51 acres near the intersection of Route 59 and Aurora Rd. in the heart of Naperville’s retail and entertainment district, an area with a daily traffic count exceeding 64,000 vehicles.
The buyer plans to open Shinto Japanese Steak House or a similar concept on site.
Texas Roadhouse opened its doors in 1993. Since then, the company has grown to more than 600 locations and 10 foreign countries. The Naperville location was grossing more than $5 million annually.
