Colliers | Wisconsin successfully brokered the sale of Row House 31, a townhome project developed by New Land Enterprises in the Riverwest neighborhood of Milwaukee.
The sale was led by Ted Stratman, Senior Vice President at Colliers | Wisconsin.
Located at 2650 N. Humboldt Avenue, Row House 31 is a premier townhome community featuring two‑ and two‑and‑a‑half‑bedroom residences. Built in 2013, the property offers spacious floorplans, attached garages, and a highly desirable location near downtown Milwaukee.
“Row House 31 generated strong interest from investors across the country – not just local and regional owners,” said Stratman. “The California-based buyer recognized the long-term value of investing in the Milwaukee market compared to coastal markets, and we expect to see even more expeditious sales in the coming months as investor demand for similar well-located investment assets continues to outpace the supply.”
Row House 31 was acquired by a joint venture comprised of MLC Row House LLC, HP Row House LLC and CMH Row House LLC for $9,525,000, which is a price per unit of $307,000.
