Geoff Orf and Chad Burkemper of Colliers and Matt Hrubes of CBRE have teamed up to represent Panattoni Development marketing new industrial spec buildings in Premier 370 Business Park in St. Peters, Missouri.
Panattoni closed on the last two available lots in Premier 370 in June. Construction has commenced on two speculative buildings (423,000 and 366,600 square feet). The team of Orf, Burkemper and Hrubes are marketing the properties for lease. Construction is expected to be complete in the second quarter of 2022.
Since its introduction, Premier 370 has grown to be a premier-class industrial park. With easy access from multiple interstates, the park has proved to be an ideal location for industrial users. To date, there has been 3.4 million square feet of industrial space delivered supporting companies such as Reckitt Benckiser, Best Buy, Grove Collaborative, Medline and Amazon.
