Colliers Chicago’s Jeff Newcom and Holly Duran represented Farmer’s Business Network (FBN) in its 43,000-square-foot, long-term lease at 1320 West Fulton St. in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood. The company will take the entire third and fourth floors.
Chicago is a major growth market for FBN’s hiring and together with its Midwest Operations center in Sioux Falls, SD, and corporate HQ in San Carlos, CA, is a pillar in the firm’s U.S. footprint. The new space will support that growth.

1320 W. Fulton St. is located in an area that once served as an important agricultural hub in the city and is near the site of the last standing grain elevator within city limits which was just demolished to make room for a Metra station.
Originally built in 1916 to house a Chicago Fire station, 1320 W. Fulton St. is a 121,000-square-foot brick and timber office building featuring warehouse style windows, standout building signage, and first floor industrial space with 18’ ceilings.
