Colliers International in Cleveland has hired two new members of its industrial team.
Tim Breckner and Chris Kiely are the new members of the office’s industrial brokerage. Both are joining Colliers as first vice presidents.
Kiely and Breckner both previously served as business development officers for Weston, Inc. Combined, the pair have more than 20 years of industrial expertise in the Northeast Ohio market. In the past four years, Kiely and Breckner have closed on more than 240 lease transactions totaling 4.8 million square feet and $48 million in value.
