Colliers Detroit brokered the lease of 10,843 square feet of office space at 1965 Research Drive in Troy, Michigan.
Gary Grochowski, Senior Vice President and Bryan Barnas, Associate Vice President, represented the landlord, REalta Group. Charlie Appleford, Associate, represented the tenant, MSSC, in the transaction.
MSSC, a global Mitsubishi Steel Manufacturer of coil springs, stabilizer bars and torsion bars will be moving into the space for a 10-year lease term. This space will become MSSC’s headquarters.
