Colliers International | Omaha arranged the industrial lease of 115,560 square feet at 11651 South 154th Street to Hy-Vee, Inc. Michael W. Miller, Colm Breathnach and Andy Ash represented the Landlord, DAMMM1, LLC, a local real estate company with ownership of industrial properties throughout the Midwest.
This 15-year industrial lease completes the overall leasing of the new 185,000-square-foot building located near Interstate 80 and Highway 370. Hy-Vee joins two tenants who have recently relocated to the property, Blackhawk Industrial Distribution, Inc. and Bridgestone Tire Operations, LLC.
Hy-Vee, Inc. is an employee-owned corporation with over 240 stores throughout several Midwest states. Their new space at 11651 South 154th Street will house warehouse space as well as a central kitchen supplying Hy-Vee brand fresh food items to their surrounding retail food stores.
