Colliers International recently closed the lease of a 130,131-square-foot industrial building in Maryland Heights, Missouri, to Premium Retail.
Colliers’ Geoff Orf, Andy Port and Dan Bamberger represented Sealy & Company in the lease of the building at 2355 Ball Drive in Maryland Heights.
In another St. Louis-area deal, Port represented James Williams Trust in the purchae of a 44,365-square-foot office building at 10877 Watson Road in Sunset Hills, Missouri.
