The Colliers Mortgage team of Christopher Fenton, Catherine Eby, Nick Skarich and Kevin McMahon have closed a $19.4 million construction loan for the development of an independent/assisted living and skilled nursing community in Hudsonville, Michigan.
The 107-unit community will feature a combination of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Property amenities will feature a main dining room, bistro, lounge, and large community spaces. Expected opening is spring of 2024.
The term of the loan is 48 months with one 12-month extension option.
